Burnitz Advice

A guy in our league just dropped Jeromy Burnitz. Is he going to return to his old self and put up decent number in the second half, or is he done for the year?

I think he's done ( sorry to say ) so just wait and see if he gets hot (very small chance of that though) but if he dose get hot I mean gets like a home run about 2 games in a row and starts to go 2-4 or 3-4 then pick him up until he starts to cool.

One thing though Burnitz had I think 2 hit so far so maybe it's time to watch him! :hmm: If you need an OF Gary Matthews JR is doing well he's never in a slump for long and since he's stoped trying to hit homers he's more of a basehit guy. Just a suggestion:biggrin:

Hmm.....IMO, I think Burnitz may come around BUT he still isn't worth to pick up for your fanasty league since he has been collecting more K's than hits. I had him for a very short time and dumped him. Nobody still hasn't picked him up. So obviously he's worthless this season. :notme:
