YIKES!!!!!

He slammed a 3-run dinger against the Mariners!!! :uhoh: :yikes: First he doubled, then he hit the homer, and then he singled!!! HOLY MOLY!!! Here's a little snippet from the AP Wire:
----------------------
BALTIMORE (AP) _ Mike Bordick had three hits, including a three-run homer, as the Baltimore Orioles rallied from a four-run deficit to defeat the Seattle Mariners 6-5 Monday night.

Bordick doubled and scored in the third inning, homered in the fourth and singled in the sixth. In addition to tying his season high in hits and lifting his batting average nine points to .242, the shortstop extended his run of errorless games to 73.
------------------------------------
:jump: :jump:

But then he was out of the game. Some kind of collision at 2nd, as he was caught stealing. I'm trying to find out some details on this. :ohno: I hope it's not serious.

Geronimo threw two guys out at second as they were trying to steal. :nono: Don't try to steal on The Chief!

Here's some more from the ESPN recap of the game:
------------------------------------

Sidney Ponson (4-4) allowed four earned runs in 6 2-3 innings to break a string of five straight no-decisions and claim his first victory since May 23.

Jorge Julio worked the ninth for his 19th save in 24 tries. The rookie has not allowed an earned run in his last 18 appearances.

Mark McLemore and Edgar Martinez homered for the Mariners, who led 4-0 in the third inning before Ryan Franklin (4-2) gave it away.

The Orioles began their comeback with a three-run third. After Melvin Mora and Chris Singleton hit sacrifice flies, Jerry Hairston scored from second when John Olerud mishanded Tony Batista's grounder to first.

Bordick gave Baltimore the lead in the fourth, following a double by Jay Gibbons and a single by Marty Cordova with a drive into the left-field seats on a 3-1 count. It was his fourth home run, the first since June 2.

The Mariners closed to 6-5 in the fifth on a throwing error by Hairston on the back end of a double-play try, but Seattle couldn't get a runner past first base the rest of the way.

Franklin, activated from the disabled list before the game after missing time with a viral infection, allowed six runs and six hits in 3 1-3 innings.

The Mariners took charge early, scoring a second-inning run when Martinez walked, Bret Boone singled and Mike Cameron hit a sacrifice fly.

^Notes:@ Ponson has allowed 17 homers in his 19 starts. ... Seattle 3B Desi Relaford, starting for the slumping Jeff Cirillo (2-for-36) went 0-for-4. ... ... Baltimore C Geronimo Gil threw out two would-be stealers and has gunned down seven of the last eight. ... The Orioles purchased the contract of OF Howie Clark from Triple-A Rochester and designated 1B Ryan McGuire for assignment. ...
