With Everett's two home run performance last night it might be a sign that he may have a strong second half. I'm not satisfied with Mabry. It seems as soon as I got him he went cold. Would it be a smart choice to drop Mabry for Everett for a week at least and see how he does?

By the way, when will I get rid of that gay "Rookie Ball Player" on my posts?

John Mabry, who had been one of the A's hottest hitters has cooled off. He is 1-for-19, and his average, which had been as high as .397 on July 7, is now .317.
Jump on Everett.

Thanks guys. Like I said I'll keep an eye on him for a week before I make a decision. But last night he went 1-4 with a three run shot so it might be worth the risk if he keeps with the power.
