Do you think the twins will make it to the world series this year? I personally think they have a great chance. Right now the twins are 14-3 since the all star break, they have one more win than the yankees, the previously 20 game winner Brad Radke is about to come off the DL, and the bullpen continues to excel. If the Twins can get the best record in the AL and secure homefield advantage throughout the playoffs i think that without a doubt this can be the first year for a world series apperance since 91. And if they can make it, why couldn't they win it? Am I crazy, or does anybody else agree?

Welcome to the site twinsox:biggrin:
Well they are definitely heading to the playoffs and with a big lead such as they have they will have time to setup their rotation for the playoff run...Something the other teams may not have a chance to do......
Once in the playoffs you never know.....So, no your not crazy....
Good luck, hope they go far:thumbsup:

I agree with you Dodgerdave, especially after moving Johan Santana to the bullpen. Tonight he got his 6th win in a Twins come from behind (3-2) extra inning win verse the Royals. In the bottom of the 10th Luis Rivas hit a walkoff home run to win the game for the Twins. The third extra inning win in this homestand. The twins frequently find themselves fighting back to win even when they are down, I personally think they can do it.
