Miguel Tejada has the longest hit streak in the AL this season at 21 games.
Tejada homered on Thursday to extend his streak.

Tejada is the third best shortstop in baseball. He is also one of my favorite baseball players.

I really think that Tejada is having a better season than Jeter.

AND

I really think Eric Chavez is having a better season than Robin Ventura.
