Change?

Hey Guys.
I was wondering if there was any way I could get a change to my avatar... I want to keep the Ripken picture, but would it be possible for you to make the O's logo a little more clear? If you have a similar logo like I have seen on Choates Chick (for the A's and Yankees) for the O's, I would love that.
