The way Oaklahoma has been playing I don't think anyone is going to beat them for the division. The way the M's have been losing lately the Angels will take the Wild Card.

I have that feeling myself about Seattle. I like them but Anaheim and Oakland are just too good coming down the stretch.

I like the M's but I just don't think its there year. I like the Angels too so if they lose to them then ok.

i doubt anyone will catch the A's, but Seattle could still beat out Aneheim for the WC. A 2.0 game lead is by no means an insurmountable lead. Plus, Seattle and Aneheim meet 6 times in September, so they could make up those 2.0 games in head-to-head matchups alone. they both have similar schedules in September anyway:

SEATTLE:
Against playoff contending teams- 13 (Minnesota 1, Oakland 6, Aneheim 6)
Against non-playoff teams- 11 (Kansas City 3, Texas 8)

ANEHEIM:
Against playoff contending teams- 14 (Oakland 8, Seattle 6)
Against non-playoff teams- 12 (Tampa Bay 3, Baltimore 3, Texas 6)

the last three games of the season (the final games of thier season series) for both teams should be very exciting, especially if the WC is still undecided :)

Man! My fingers are so crossed! Those Mariners better make it! I need to see Edgar play his last game.. because I have a feeling this is Edgar's last year. I also wanna see my Yanks. I really miss batting practice.. and I missed out seeing the Yanks and M's play in August! :(

Oklahoima will lose the conference but not the division, be where of the HUSKERS!
