PSU 31 ... OSU 24.

Player of the game: Larry Johnson with over 125 rushing yards.

Clarett will be stuffed. Their QB will have to pass, and that's not a strength.

OSU-37 Penn St.-31

Clarret will not be stopped and run rampshod.

Krenzel is a very capable passer and has tremendous receivers in Gamble, Vance, and Jenkins.

Larry Johnson will have a good game with Cie Grant injured, but AJ Hawk will make the bleeding minimal.

GO BUCKS!!!!

This'll be a good one! Both teams better pump their helmets - and pack a lunch!

As much as I would like to see Awefull's score it will never happen. It will be a close game, and that's why OSU will win because Nugent is one of the better kickers in the league and he is red hot.

Is this Clarrett kid actually considering going pro after this season? I didn't even bother to read the espn article, the cover was so ridiculous.

Clarret's comments were taken out of proportion. He was asked if given McNabb's contract would he go pro, and who wouldn't given that money. Clarret then said in an interview that him coming back to OSU for a few more years "is a given". So he won't go pro for awile.

YES!!!! OSU-13 Penn ST.-7 My score prediction might have been wrong, but my margin of victory was right on as was my reason of victory, Nugent the kicker. That was a tough, hard fought victory as both teams played well. Alas, I'm sure you Penn St. fans will lament the no call late in the game that ended Penn's comeback chances, but that's the way the game is played...these things happen every once in a while, believe me I know how those cheap calls are, I'm a Browns fan.

Yeah that no call sucked...but they should have never been in that position...

Bucks played a good game though...and damn are they lucky they don't have to play Iowa....

If both Iowa and OSU go undefeated in the Big 10, unfortunatly Iowa will get the nod to go to the Rose Bowl since OSU has made it recently. So hopefully OSU will be playing in the Fiesta Bowl :D

Well...if Ohio State ends up going undefeated the rest of the way...I think they might get into a bigger bowl than the Rose Bowl...

Well they are 6th in the BCS right now so they'll have to be some upsets for us to get a good bowl. Miami and Virginia Tech still play each other so one of them will fall. Oklahoma will have to play the Big 12 championship so they have at least one more tough game. But I have a bad feeling that there will be three undefeated teams and we will be the odd team out.

The Michigan game should help out....

The Irish might be the only ones to screw yall over, but I think they'll lose before then...maybe to USC....

mind u Nebraska is nearly i the drivers seat that game, i dont think it will be that tough of a game for htem.

Goat of the game: Richard Gardner. Not putting that block on Gamble on Phillips fumble return cost us 7 points; and the clipping call was on him when Johnson took the punt back to the 42 ... instead, we got the ball at the 20.

I agree with you guys on the non call. There's one like that every game, and in this game it came at the worst possible time. And as Dan said, it should have never came down to that. If you hold OSU to 6 points offensively, and you still don't win, you've got bigger things to worry about than a blown call.

Hey, I was right on one account. I said PSU would hold Clarett in check. :D

Awfull ... you're ridiculous. Nebraska actually wins a game for once, and now all of a sudden they're "back." Guess what, awfull ... NU is not back, and Oklahoma WILL pound Nebraska, and Colorado will beat Nebraska. Nebraska is NOT back and will not be for quite some time. Get over it.

How is Nebraska in the drivers' seat for the Big XII Championship anyways? Isn't Colorado like 4-0 in conference? I know you guys have at least one loss in conference to Oklahoma State:barf:

Plus you guys have Texas this week...that's got loss written all over it...

GiveHyzduashot

Dan, where have you been? Nebraska's been in the driver's seat all year! :hmm:

They especially are in the driver's seat after they finally beat someone decent, like Texas A&M.

BPBlueSox
10-27-2002, 05:52 PM
Yeah, I just looked...they're 2-2 in conference! hahahaha :hmm:

BUT! the big 12 north champion will probably have 2 losses. COlarado Nebraska Iowa St and K-State coudl all still do it, i dont think Nebrska will win out but they might! we spotted A&M 21 points and still won! thats a huge step! next week will be crazy amd for Texas and i thkn theyl pull it out! theyll probably lose to K-State and Coloardo could be a huge game to avnege last yera, and that is winable.
