Worst Sports Franchise Ever?

Alright guys,who do you think is the worst sports franchise ever.There's a lot of organizations you can pick from but I'm going to pick one from each league just to get things started.

NBA-L.A. Clippers
NFL-Cincinnati Bengals
MLB-Chicago Cubs
NHL-i don't really watch hockey but I'll pick the Islanders since I never really hear too much about them.

I think however that the Islanders in your hockey catagory should be changed maybe to the Blackhawks who I think have gone the longest without winning a Cup...
The Islanders actually won 4 in the 80's.....

The Caps were pretty awful for a loooong time. It's only in the past 5-10 years that they didn't finish last, I believe! I remember someone considering them for worst sports franchise in history a few years ago.

If were talking Baseball....I would say the Devil Rays even though they are a new team they still suck.
