Well, the -0.8 Quality Wins has helped Ohio State drop out of the top spot...
And where is the love for Iowa? Just shows you that you have to play a tough schedule!

I don't think there's any way Miami should have passed OSU. I'll leave that rant to Special K though. ;)
Four Big Ten teams ranked, 3 in the top 10, not bad. No other conference has more than three listed period, and the B10 has three schools in the top ten.

I'm actually not going to rant about the Bucks dropping. If they dropped to three that would be different. I actually don't think Miami has gotten the respect it deserves this season, I mean they won 30+ games in a row and people are calling them overrated. It was their strength of schedule that gave them the boost to number 1, but I could care less where the Bucks finish as long as it is 1 or 2.

hasnt the .8 quality wins points helped ohio st get as close to miami as they are?
I dont like the fact that the ESPN poll wont rank Alabama. And because of that, the BCS standings could be different. The BCS just assumes that Alabama would get the same vote in the ESPN that it gets in the AP. But if the ESPN poll had them at like 13, then their average poll rank would be bigger. And maybe theyd actually have a lower ranking like 11th in the BCS and then Oklahoma and Georgia wouldnt get any quality win points. Or vice versa, if they had Bama ranked higher it may lower their average poll rank and give them a better BCS ranking. Thus more quality win points for Oklahoma and Georgia. Not to mention I think Bama should be included in the BCS standings. Just because their previous coach and some alumni were cheats shouldnt take away the acknowledgement of them finishing a certain rank in the BCS and in the polls.

30 plus wins doesnt mean anything. its THIS year that matters. and ONLY this year. miami coulda won 50 games in a row before this year and it still wouldnt make any difference. since theyre both undefeated i dont think it really matters does it cuz if they win theyre going to the Fiesta anyways....

Exactly what he said, it doesn't matter if both teams take care of business....
