Not sure when the rest of the games are, but PSU plays Clemson Dec 3. The games are almost always within three or four days of each other.

They are played between Dec. 2 and Dec. 5 I want to say. There are some good match-ups there; I'm pumped to see how we fare against Duke, granted, a weaker than in past years Duke, but Duke none-the-less.

Why isn't this on the Spartans schedule? Their schedule says they play Montana 3 times in 2 days, i thought that was this tournament, but thats a few days before this.

True, they are Duke nonetheless. And if you beat them (I hope to God you will) don't get too excited. They are #6 in the nation, but they are by far the most overrated team out there. They don't even belong in the top 10.

Don't try to take away from our future victory against Duke. :D

This isn't even a tournament. It's a one game only thing.
I don't know why it's not on their schedule, but they play Virginia.

Are you sure they play Virginia? I got those games straight from ESPN's site. Here's a link: Big Ten/ACC Challenge (http://espn.go.com/ncb/02acc/bigten/challenge/index.html)

This is something they've done the past 3 years or so between the 2 conferences... they match up the teams based upon their performance last year. It's not a tournament, in that sense of the word, but its just something for conference bragging rights.

There are actually eleven teams in the Big Ten with the addition of Northwestern I believe, go figure. Only nine played because there are only nine ACC teams. The Big Ten gets to select which nine teams will represent them.

I can't believe this! What a disappointing loss for the Terps.
You may not know, but Steve Blake hit a half-court shot as regulation expired. All the announcers went crazy and I was rejoicing. However, the refs looked at the tape and it was ruled too late. Too bad!

What in the world was the Big Ten thinking when they took Penn State?
I wouldn't be too disappointed in that loss MarylandMan. You guys only had what, one returning starter? Indiana is still pretty loaded. Playing games like this will make you guys better come later in the year...

Penn State is better than Michigan and Purdue. That's what they were thinking.

If Michigan was included, then the B10 would only get more negative publicity because the only story line would be their problems. As for Purdue, I couldn't tell ya, Dan. Penn State's no better than Purdue, and Purdue at least has a decent tradition.

Purdue has been pretty good this year actually. They beat Louisville and Rick Pitino. That's not bad at all. They also played a tough game against a ranked Xavier team.
They're a NIT team at least....
