That can be done! Give me a day or so to dig around and see what I can find...Santy Clauses? Elves? Grinches? Much to choose from!

This is a start...like? Don't like? Want real trees? There's just so much out there, don't really know where to begin.

I think I'll make a bunch of Holiday avs and post them on a web page, and then everyone can pick and choose, if they so so desire. You'll get first pick, Kathleen, as soon as I get it together.

I put something else together for you in the mean time...I can change that to say 'Happy Holidays' (I need to start writing things down!). It shouldn't take me too long to get some pics together.

How's this? That was one of Mikey's old PertPlus commercial pictures - from five or six years ago? I stuck the hat on him - I think it makes him look quite dapper.

:D

Well, I use several different programs, depending on the app. PhotoShop and ImageReady (part of PhotoShop) can do it all, but it's very expensive. Basically, you need a program to crop/resize your pics so they are the same size (60 pixels X 60 pixels, in the case of avatars for AddictSports), and then you'll need a program to put them together, or animate them.

I did a little digging around - you might try http://www.mindworkshop.com/alchemy/gifcon.html - This is a nifty program - it's not free, but you can download an evaluation copy and play around with it, to see if it's something you might like. Search around, there's lots of image manipulation programs out there. Hope this helps.
