Favorite movie of 2002

Well, its the end of the year now, and i want to start lists of favorite things of the year. This one is for Favorite movie from this year. The only rule: it had to be released this year, even if it was a movie from last year that you saw this year in the theater. (example: Fellowship of the Ring)

my favorite: The Two Towers. By far. I enjoyed spiderman and i liked attack of the clones. The Two Towers though, just kicked the crap outta the other movies and i loved it.

I went to the theater twice this year, back in January to see the first Harry Potter when it was already a couple of months old, and then in June to see Windtalkers ... Hollywood destroyed the story behind Windtalkers as far as I'm concerned, and I don't think the first Potter flick counts for 2002.

But my better half and I did enjoy a trio of movies yesterday when we watched Monty Python's Holy Grail, Bing & Danny in White Christmas and then Bill Murray go gopher huntin' in Caddyshack ... This Friday we have another movie day at home with the following trio: The Thin Man, Casablanca and Dr. Strangelove ... Anyone in the area is free to drop on in as long as you don't talk a lot during the movies and bring your own Raisinette's

i haven't seen two towers or nemsis yet, so i can't completely vote, but at this point i have to go with Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones!
