Mad, due to the complex nature of most of the images this avatar proved difficult to construct in all it's detail (there is a limit to file size here).
I had to compress the images a great deal so it would work but it doesn't look all that hot. Check it out for yourself.
The more photographic the images and the more colors they have the larger the file size and you have 4 detailed images. To make it more detailed I suggest cutting down the amount of images used.
Cheers, NUT

I'm always having that same problem, Nut. Also, is it just me, or does PhotoShop mangle gif's as a rule? I don't have that same problem with other file types, such as jpeg's, bmp's, etc. The trouble is, animated gif's don't work unless they're in gif format, go figure... :D
You had a lot better success with this one than I did...maybe we need to limit the number of photo-realistic images to one or two? Just a thought...

Hey Bill, I do all my animated gif stuff in Fireworks along with file compressions and transparent gif work, everything else I use good old photoshop.
Yes, I agree that there should be an image limit on animations (you know my opinion on animated verses static avatars :) )
Also, at 60 x 60 pixels most regular photos are unrecognizable but close ups work great, like faces etc.
