You guys think it can happen. He doesn't start. I think he can do it. He gets alot of points, steals, and gets enough blocks to be Sixth man of the year. What do you guys think

right how he's got to be one of the leading candidates for sixth man of the year. Michael Redd, Al Harrington (if they consider him a sixth man), and Desmond Mason also are top candidates.

Question: is there a maximum number of starts that the player has to be below to be considered a sixth man? :notme:

You have to be on the bench at least one more game then you start.

then Al Harrington will probably be in the running. right now he wouldn't qualify for the award, but once Ron Artest gets back he'll probably go back to the bench.

still, i'd probably pick Kirelinko over him.

Who the hell is Al Harrington? I'll pick Lenny Wilkens before I pick him.

Al Harrington is the Pacers 6th man. he was one of the better sixth men in the league last year, but then he screwed up his knee and missed the second half of the season :(. Now he splits time with Ron Artest. He started when Ron was out and also when Jermaine was out, which is why he wouldn't qualify for the award right now, but he probably will by the season's end.
