The whole concept of March Madness in January is far fetched IMO. How many of those predictions (including region) will be accurate?

Conference play is barely underway and we're talking about something three months away. :hmm:

And that bracket does not reflect the big win last night....

Even if SU losses to Pitt they should still be ranked IMO and in the top 10 in a bracket:D

Wow, they have 5 Big 10 teams, and that doesn't even include second place Michigan. Thats more than i think the division deserves in a terrible year.

Indiana has been horrible lately, dropping 7 of 9 I believe. Plus they have a weak conference record. They shouldn't make it.

I agree with Indiana....The selection committee looks at who's hot and who's not and this little slide will hurt IU.....

Louisville also has played themselves out of that #2 seed and with key injuries and suspensions they are a team in HUGE trouble after looking like a #1 seed 2 weeks ago....

They are lucky they have enough wins to get them into the tourney...

I really expect an early round loss for them....

If Michigan was eligible for postseason play, I really think they could do some damage.

About IU ... I think they'll make the tournament provided they don't totally flop in the next three weeks. Reason being is it wouldn't look too good for the runner up to not make the tournament. If IU can rebound and win three or four more games I think they're in.

On Louisville ... I thought they'd make a run possibly to the FF until their leading rebounder found himself in trouble. I think they'll lose in the Sweet 16 round.

Indiana is 7-7 in the Big 10 and 17-10 overall so they arent the runner up..They are 7th in the B-10....
Unless I am reading your post wrong:umm

I meant the runner up to the NCAA tourney last year ... I wasn't real clear, I admit.

I think the golden number for IU is 22 wins. If they get that far they'll make it imo. If they reach 20 it'll depend on who else is on the bubble .... they'll definitely have the advantage over other bubble teams with less tournament prestige.
