Felix Jose was suspended for four games and fined $1,000 by the Dominican Winter League for throwing a helmet that hit an umpire. Jose returned to the majors last year with the Diamondbacks after playing in South Korea and Mexico the previous two seasons. His contract with the D-Backs expired at the end of the season but the team invited him to spring training.
