Again, not saying that I believe this or not or even if this makes any scense at all but I think it is interesting that Nostradamus could have predicted this....I always found the whole Nostradamus predictions kinda interesting...Not sure if I beleive but it is interesting nonetheless.....

i just have to tell you (maybe you'll appreciate this) the day before yesterday i did a little tarot reading (i suddenly just felt like it) (i'm not an expert, but i do it for fun sometimes)

i had been getting a bad feeling all week..... just a heaviness, a thickness in the air, like something wasn't right...... and i did a reading just to see what the cards would say (not sure that i believe it either, but i just like to look and see anyway)

so when i got those 2 cards (i don't remember the rest cuz those 2 were screaming at me), i sat there thinking "what the hell could that possibly mean?" and i left the cards as they were laid out on my bureau...... so when i came home from work monday night, they were still there... DEATH and THE TOWER staring at me.......

That is freaky. I'm fascinated by this stuff as well, but never know whether to believe in it or not. The other weird thing is that for weeks my friend has been telling me that she's dreamt of clouds of dust and particles, that she thought were from a volcano, but may have very well been from a building. (She's very premonitious, sometimes) Before waking up on Tuesday, I dreamt of NY and the NY Mets all night long. I kept trying to watch the game, but it kept getting interrupted for some reason. The other really freaky thing is that for about 2 years now I've had dreams of war. I think I mentioned that dream in one of the "WEIRD DREAM" posts on some board. How I was in a tunnel and there was people outside and dust and stuff. Who knows?

i know, isn't the tower freaky....and the fact that it came up....and right next to death (death, btw, is not the ominous card that it appears to be....it's actually a good card most of the time, meaning one cycle ends and another begins....it means the end of something that is no longer needed....)

Cyn not in any way to take away from the tragedy that has occurred if you say the death card means that one cycle ends and another begins.. to take away something that is no longer needed and the Tower card means sudden change.. suprise..revelation what do the two cards next to each other mean? I have "played" with Taroh cards and understand that sometimes when cards are next to each other that there are different meanings to them.


BTW that Tower card gives me the chills. Very Freaky!!!!!

I'm not sure myself!:confused: but i was just freaked out with the events that happened after pulling out those 2 cards..... and i suppose there are so many interpretations to them..... for me, i was just haunted mainly by the pictures..... yeah, that Tower is quite a sight!!!!:uhoh:


OH, and what kind of cards do you have? i have Universal Waite... and have you been reading long? i pretty much only do it when i'm in the mood, otherwise it's just not fun for me...... and there are some cards that i just can't seem to grasp, mainly the minor arcana cards...... i love The Sun and The Fool:biggrinpa

Oh cyn I really don't know what cards they are. They were a gift. Something that I wanted to use once and while and try to understand. They have the Sun and the Fool. The cups and the swords if that makes any sense to you!

Sometimes I really would love to get into all that stuff, but then I just get sidetracked and forget about it.

When you get a chance I would love for you to do a chart on Mike and I. I think that would be cool.
