I heard this question posed of New York City Mayor Giuliani, it was also discussed earlier on WFAN, & on channel 2 news just a minute ago they were discussing it too.

I'd love to see a memorial of some sort but I'd also like to see a bigger and better building. But I would hate to see something like this happen again.

Obri, it's down to 6 designs, all involving memorial parks. A neighborhood group is very involved, making sure that the designs maintain the integrity of Lower Manhattan as a "neighborhood" - thru-streets, etc.
