Pretty simple here ... Suppan on the 40 man roster, Arroyo off.

The Pirates have 10 days to trade him, assign him outright to the minor leagues or place him on waivers for the purpose of his unconditional release.
No great loss here in my opinion. Bronson seems to be one of those AAAA players. He excelss at AAA but just can;t seem to get it done in the bigs. Of course I said the same thing about Elmer Dessens a few years back and he has proved to be a decent pitcher once he was out of our system. I imagine we will assign him to AAA unless he demands a release.

Shawn, you're confused beyond clarification. Nothing that can ever be said will help you.

I've been calling for them to dump Arroyo for about 2 years now. I have never cared much for his stuff and am glad that Dave Littlefield apparently feels the same way, judging from his comments.

He sucks. The only cool thing about him was that he wore the number 69, right? :D

We just grabbed this dude. I take it he's a stiff?
Anything positive?:(

Only thing cool was his number? How about the fact that his looked like he was fifteen and had that awesome facial hair!?!
Too bad for the BoSox, that skinny little prick never was worth anything.

Well, if the Sox traded him to another team and Arroyo pitched against them, it would be positive for the BoSox that way.

Jacqui, do you realize that you just put every stiff in the world at a very low level?? Calling Arroyo a stiff is being WAY too nice.
