I think we should have a button that takes us to an aim chat i have seen this on other sites and was wondering if u were able to do it? do u understand what i mean?

What is an AIM chat??

I know person to person chat and group chat that you can initiate....

Can you give me an example of a site that does this so I can take a look at exactly what you are talking about??

well pmeares, and jen,and ray and I and others just do chats whenver. I dont think there is "a room" that you do it in, you just sorta invite people and go, and you can always do that!

What I can do is make a link directly to the MSN chatroom....

i have the MSN bookmark saved....

but i dont think the AIM thing would serve any purpose. thats just my 2 dollars worth. ;)

after the test, is their code for their link, i have no idea what it does but i guess you can change the name of the chat u are in?

i like the link idea, but if we dont do nothing, we can make a chat room sometime, and just put a link to it on your desktop, then when you click on that link and ur online, you go right to the chatroom, tis very cool!

You guys can make your own link to AIM if you wish....

We had a chat room here before and it did not work out as there was not much interest.....

I'm sorry you dont like MSN, I dont know what the big deal or difference is......

I created a whole web page to try and get more exposure to the site with the bonus of a chat room....

The chatroom I plan on using mostly for scheduled chats....

This site is mostly for a message board and not a chat room...

I'll try and add the MSN chat link to make it easier....

Thats why I dont waste my time making just a chat room for the site...Because it is hard for everyone to just get in there at the same time without coordinating it.....
I see chat rooms at a lont of sites that are always empty...

We get people in there when we shcedule a night to chat about baseball..

Maybe you basketball guys can do the same and do a scheduled chat one every week or 2 since we are in the middle of the season now...

he did. I occasionaly just leave it open, but if you just pop in and out, usually u dont coincide with someone else doing it.

If you check in once in awhile to the ANNOUNCEMENTS forum you will see that I made an announcement on the 6th...Which is the day I set it up....

Plus if anyone checks this thread they will see I set it up as well....
