Alright Bill/Paul, here is what I would like if you don't mind.
I would like the following three picks, the Tribe logo, and the phrase "The future has arrived". You can spice it up any way you see fit. Thanks much in advance.

The more stuff you try to get into an avatar, the crappier they come out. Photographs are especially hard to reduce in file size. One photo, maybe two, can be made to look half-way decent.
