The University of Nebraska at Kearney will host the regional, which starts Friday.

Other teams in the region are Metro State, Fort Lewis and Fort Hays State from the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, and Minnesota-Duluth, the champion of the Northern Sun.

North Dakota played the first 8 games w/ a ineligble player who happened to have pro experience... he also led the team in points those games while they went 7-1... the commitee decided to STILL COUNT THOSE GAMES... can UNO have MJ play for them next year for 8 games???? then there is Fort Hays.... they went 18-11.. UNO went 20-10... Fort Hays was 5-11 vs. over .500 DII teams.... 13-0 vs belows .500 teams... UNO was about .500 vs. .500 or better teams... UNO got HOSED.... BUT... when u lose 10 times and only go 8-8 in conference... the best in the midwest a D-2.... finsih 6th and dont win the conference tourney.. you probably dont deserve to go...
