new user name??

I'd like to create a second user name, so I can reply at work without losing all the new posts under my primary user name. But I can't create a new user name using my real email address. Why not??? :angry: :angry: I don't want to create a new email address just so I can occasionally play at work.......

Ok, maybe I lost something in the original post, but why cant you post using your regular user name at work???

Also, I dont allow multiple user names per email address...I'd rather not have a user have more than 1 name.....

Most sites are actually set up like that......

Also, I thought you had a 2nd name when you had that problem a few months back.....

To reiterate why I want a second name:
I'm quite anal about wanting to read (or actually, have the opportunity to read) all new posts since my last visit. When I'm at work, I don't have time to read through (or look at) all new posts. But if I have a chance to read through some posts, I occasionally wanna through in my two cents. Without being obligated to look at *all* new posts. Once I sign on with my primary user name, "new" resets itself.

Got it now? ;)
