I read a report the other day that stated that a poll had been taken of the Cleveland players and they thought this whole thing was done and could be laid to rest now. The story then went on to say that Rocker was the one that wouldn't let it go and that he was the one that couldn't "get over it"... well, well, well, isn't that just a little bit hypocritical of the reporter WRITING the article. If the MEDIA would let it go, it would surely be done with. Showing up at his locker, every opportunity you get, sticking a mike in his face and asking about the things that have come between him and the NYC media and their fans is hardly going to get any other response then a terse "I gotta go" from John. What did you expect him to say/do? I know, they are in the business of selling newspapers, but don't be a hypocrate by writing that "Rocker can't seem to get on with his life". Sometimes the media remind me of the kids that ring doorbells and run to hide behind their momma's skirts when they are pursued.

He deserved a lot of that in the beginning but things get old after being harped on forever!! That's why I'm glad he got a save against the Yankees.
I never liked Rocker but at least he didn't take the cowards way out.
