Man, I'd have never guessed this guy, Dick Hall, 1965 Baltimore Orioles, 11 wins and 11 walks.

I didn't even remember his name until I started digging for your answer, Guru ... Spent some time looking him up, and the name came back to me ... Also helped to see an old baseball card of him to jog my gray matter :banghead
