EE: Chad Hermansen is hitting well with Maryvale in the Arizona Fall League. Could you touch on his progress, and that of your other young guys playing now?

DL: Hermansen is off to a very good start. We're hoping some of the carryover work with [Pirates hitting coach] Dave Clark and [Pirates manager] Lloyd McClendon and the quality contact that he had at the latter part of the year carries over to the fall league.
