This series doesen't start until Tuesday, but I don't know if I will be able to make a preview tomorrow.
The Jays are coming off a sweep of the Twins, the Sox are 5-2
The pitching matchups:
Derek Lowe (1-0, 7.50 ERA) vs. Mark Hendrickson (0-1, 37.80 ERA) EdgeBoston. Both are coming off rough outings but Hendrickson is less experienced and Lowe was amazing last season
Casey Fossum (1-0, 5.40 ERA) vs. Tanyon Sturtze (1-0 1.35 ERA) EdgeEven. Fossum has better skills but Sturtze is coming off a huge outing and is more experienced.
John Burkett (1-0, 1.80 ERA) vs. Roy Halladay (0-1, 3.55 ERA) EdgeToronto. Halladay is younger and better then Burkett.
Who to watch out for: Carlos Delgado was huge in Minny. Mark Hendrickson needs a big start after getting hammered in NY. For boston, Casey Fossum looks to have a big start to keep himself on the roster.
