The Braves' pen sucks too. I think they and the Skanks are both about the same.

Unfortunately, the old farts in the Skank starting rotation haven't started feeling their age yet. Just be patient, and Rockette's 'roid rage will kick in, Pettitte's elbow will act up, and David Wells' back will act up, etc.

That's the spirit, Princess ... Find that silver lining! :D

Sure sorry about the rainout today, I was ready to do a PBP for the Sox fans who couldn't make it ... I kept thinking that with Ray Charles belting one out, the rain gods would see fit to stop just in his honor

Thanx Pops. I was so bummed.:( But you know how they say rain on your wedding day is good luck?

Maybe rain on Opening Day is too.:)

More silver lining BS.:D

You should have heard me on our Opening Day. I had to remind people that we lost the opener in 1969 and again in 2000. And we made it to the Series both times.

Hey, if it works...

Man, it rained on my wedding day like a cow pissin' on a flat rock ... Maybe that is a good sign

Mine too! It poured all day, and we were having an outdoor ceremony overlooking the ocean. 10 minutes before the ceremony, it cleared. It stayed clear for the ceremony, and pic taking, then poured again just as we got back in.

Our pics were UNBELIEVABLY gorgeous due to the rainbows, and amber sky. Our photographer won an award for one of our pics!:)

Wow, pretty freaky ... Ours was outside as well, held at the Rose Garden in Houston's Hermann Park ... The weather didn't clear at all, unfortunately, like it did for y'all ... We even flew to Key West for the old honeymoon and got trapped on the island while a tropical storm blew across ... Pretty neat stuff, actually, it was like we had the whole island to ourselves except for some of the locals and the fishermen who stuck it out ... Lotsa' free drinks being served everywhere! ... Your photos sound really cool, Princess.
