popups as a rule don't bother me--I understand their value on a free site...but not when it takes up the whole screen like that one does.

first time it came up I thought I had clicked on something by accident.

I'm getting it too. And it's strange, because when we were getting a couple of popups before, if I was using IE as a browser, they would popup BEHIND the screen I was on. This one comes up IN FRONT. But it doesn't happen when I log onto this site, just when I'm loading the first forum I go to. I close it and then I usually don't see it again.

Sorry all - I know it sucks to have the pop-up, but it is only 1, and if you close it, it will go away for your entire visit.

This site actually loses money every month, so evry now-and-then I need to allow it.

That's cool Chad it's not like before when you were getting 3or4. this one is harmless. it loads you close it and it's gone. No biggie!!


Plus if the site needs to make money it 's cool. I'm thinking if we sell members maybe we can make a little more cash.....I'm think Steffo can be the first one on the auction block!!

i have popup blocker at home so its no big deal. i was a little perturbed at first glance, but decided it wasnt any big deal after a nanosecond's thought. :)
