The Reds are killing me! Their pitching staff is terrible. I stopped looking at their ERA because it's so freaking high. The Cubs scored 40 runs in 3 games and the Expos averaged 7 this past weekend. There is no way they can ask the bats to score 8 a game, it's not freaking softball!!!

They play in a stadium where it's 320 down the lines. 320!! That is freaking softball. I don't know if Boone and Gullett need to go, or just Boone, or just Gullett, I don't know. Whatever it is they need to fix it. They've got some great, not good, great young talent and are going to waste it if they can't get the pitching right.

Dibble had this theory that the mound is too low. What? Both teams play on the same field. No excuse.

There...I feel better.:banghead :banghead :banghead :banghead

Dibble's just an idiot. I can't remember what he did last year, but I know he did or said (maybe both) something extremely moronic.

Instead of blaming the manager and the pitching coach, how about leveling some blame to the GM for not giving Boone and Gullett a half-decent pitching staff?
