Ok what does Restricted free agent mean, Team Option, Player option and all those hard things to understand mean?!:umm

Like i saw it in site but i dont know what it meanas help me out please

Here I can help you out with this.
Restricted Free agent- That means that the team who owns this players rights has the option to match a contract given by a different team.
Team Option- The team has the right to decide whether to bring back that player for the next season
Player Option. The player has the right to decide wether he stays with that club.

Toronto has 2 key free agents: Rafer Alston and Voshon Lenard. I am pretty certain Alston wil be re-signed but it is Lenard I am worrying about.
