Trade Berkman or Beltran for Schmidt?

Neither Berkman nor Beltran are playing that well…I’m stacked with OF’s in an 8 man mixed league (I know… “everyone” is stacked)…..I’ve got Mags, Dunn, Andrew Jones, and Ibanez…I’m not getting too many wins…my whip and era are contending…My buddy needs some hitters…is Schmidt worth either of these 2 guys? He also has Mussina, Wells, Zabrano, Meche, and Lowe………any of these guys worth it?

That sounds like an equal trade to me. Its a plus for you if you can trade a bench player (a super bench player) for a top starter. When proposing the trade make sure that the player you are offering is in your starting line-up and not riding the pine, he will show better that way.
