Foulke for R. Hernandez?

I've been offered Runelvys Hernandez for Keith Foulke. This is in a head to head league where Foulke is pretty much my only closer. I'd be giving up the saves category, but Hernandez would only help my starting pitching which is already solid. Not sure what to do here.

why would you need this trade?
who are your other starters?

Mulder, Buehrle, Kinney, Foulke, Scott Stewart, Vazquez,
Padilla, Millwood

I went ahead and declined it. Not sure why I really wanted to give up Foulke. Unless I can get a much better pitcher offered, I'll just keep him.
