Last year's 4th rounder signs

Wardell Starling signed with the Bucs Sunday night ... Starling is only 19 years old, and was projected as a second round pick this year, maybe even as high as the sandwich round. Starling throws in the mid 90's and is a very good pitcher as well ... hails from Houston. No terms were disclosed, but it was rumored that Starling wanted $350,000.
