I just saw Spygames with Colin and I liked it:) Robert Redford was very good (and funny) and Brad Pitt was good too.... I thought it was a little slow at points but overall I give it a thumbs up:) :)

My friend Stacie saw Harry Potter and she liked it alot:P

My sister and Jen saw K-Pax and they both said it stunk:ohno: Oh well......

so what movies have you seen and recommend?

Geez. I'm so behind on my movies!!!:ohno:

There are so many I want to see. First on my list is Harry Potter but I have to finish the book first... and I'm almost done with it. I LOVE IT!!! IT'S SO VISUAL! I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE MOVIE!!!

So then I'll just have to go down the list and see the ones that are on it.... K-Pax is one of them... I'll see anything with Kevin Spacey in it.

Hey Nanner! I'd love to go see Harry Potter with you!! I read the book and I love it!! and so far the people I know who haven't already seen it don't want to see it...... so let me know when you go!:)

I know what you mean about Kevin Spacey-- I like him alot.... now my sister's g/f, Jen, LOVES LOVES LOVES him (she even met him and KISSED HIM!!:uhoh: ) so naturally, she sees ALL of his movies......but even she said that K-Pax sucked:ohno: (she said the story was blah)

I'm at my folks' place in Joisey now..... while mom gets ready for our delicious turkey dinner, Rei and I are gonna sneak off and catch a movie!:uhoh:  (i don't know why, but the holidays make me movie-crazy):freak:

Hey..have you guys seen Harry Potter yet??? I saw it when I was up in San Francisco and it is AWESOME!!!! I was really afraid that I might be disappointed because having read all of the books, I have such a strong visual in my mind of how everything is supposed to be and the movie lived up to my expectations and MORE!! (talk about a run-on sentence!!) hehe...I really, really, really recommend it!!:) :)

The most exciting thing I saw recently was Brad Pitt on "Friends". I seriously loved that episode. It was funny (but nice) to see the two of them as enemies - I think that was more clever than having them be romantic. He is SUCH a cutie and Jennifer Aniston is no slouch either.

I still want to see "From Hell". I love scary type movies and that one really looked interesting. "Life as a House" looked really boring to me from the trailer, but several people have told me that it's real good.

so this weekend, my sis and i saw "shallow hal":) it was okay, kinda cute, but not a must-see..... it was pretty interesting seeing gwyneth in a fat suit!:uhoh: she played a fat girl really well......

i'm looking forward to seeing ocean's 11 when it comes out:fro:

cyn, it has absolutely nothing to do with living in barkeyville silly...

you see, my TV only gets the penguin games and the steeler games.. so i NEVER watch TV unless it is sunday...

i don't understand:confused:

barkeyville doesn't show pirate games??:uhoh:

well no. not exactly...

About 90% of the Pirate games are broadcast on Fox Sports. Every Sunday game is on local network TV... so I don't get to watch Pirate games here in Barkeyville because I am never home on sunday afternoons during the summer.

Steelers, on the other hand, are on every single week. And the Pens are on network TV from time to time. So, not having cable sort of kills me when it comes to the pirates... but hey.. I still have the radio...

Back in the late 80s early 90s there used to be about 60 or so games on network TV... there was usually at least 2-3 a week. Sometimes more. That was back before cable TV really started to take off... KBL netowrk came out... then it wa Prime Sports... then later become Fox Sports and started to dominate the Pirate games.
