Anyone have a feel for Jay "Nitro" Witasick's role with the Padres now that he's off the DL?

If you have the room to stash and you are desperate for saves, Jay is worth a spot. I have a feeling he will be closing almost immediately.

Also save a spot for Jose Valverde Ariz.

Jay hit 94 mph in his 1st time back from the DL and struck out 2 in 1 inning.

Power plus arm. If he stays healthy and gets at least some opportunity from this offense poor team he can net you some good save numbers. Hoffy is still quite aways off and I suspect even when he comes back the Pods will be very selective in their use of him. Go for it!
