I've had a great and busy day!!
Got up this morning and surfed the net for about 45 minutes....
Then went out and did my 5 mile walk/jog....
Then went to a minor league game at Disny....The O-Rays were playing at a speciall 11am start...
The game ended at 1:30pm and then I went around the corner and met my friend to go see 2 Fast 2 Furious at 2pm and now I am home waiting for my dinner to cook as I have a softball game at 6:30....
Game should be done just in time for me to make it home for the Mets game at 8pm.....:clap2:
As you can see, I try to get as much in on my days off;)
So, whats everyone else up to:D

I woke up.. Went to the doctor about my head. Went with Lori for lunch. Came home and did some things which aren't appropriate to discuss in this forum... ;) and am now waiting until it is time to get ready to go play softball myself.

I'm gonna hang out here today....
I can't think of anything I'd rather be doing than surfing at Addictsports.

Kath beat me to the what's wrong with your head comment! darn she's too quick! ;) :D
I spent the morning with my Nephew! :D Then I came home and waited for a phone that still has not come yet, but I can't exactly get mad, cuz I dunno when Ethan is working, so therefore don't know when he will be calling other than the fact that he said Tuesday!
Later tonight I will be watching the Tigers (hopefully!) Kick some ass! Everyone pray for win! :D

Nope, I don't believe that there is a forum where I will be discussing it at. :D
As for my head, I don't know if you remember or not, Kath, but last summer, I had minor brain surgery because I was having severe headaches. Well, the headaches are starting to happen again, so I want to get it checked out before it is too late. I have been going to the doctor every couple of days to undergo a series of tests.

Sent out 3 more resumes, finished a short story and a poem, piddled in the garden, read about 100 pages in a Jack Higgins book I've somehow missed over the years, cleaned the bathroom (Patty will give me incredible bonus points for that), researched 5 more dates for my "This Date In Astros History" project I hope to turn into an e-book and raise $$$ for our charity this fall, and now it's time to have a cold Lone Star beer and start getting supper ready so I can be glued to the radio at 6'ish to listen to the Astros whip the Yanks so bad their pinstripes turn horizontal.
Except for cleaning the bathroom, pretty normal day for me these days. :hmm:

I am not sure what it is... it just really scares me now if I have a headache for more than a few hours.

You're right on both accounts, Mrs PopTop doesn't want me pissing on the veggies and flowers and "piddle" does mean to urinate ... Also means to perform in a haphazard or disorganized manner, and that's certainly me in the garden! ... The word has no exact origin, but most wordsmiths concur it came from the word "puddle," and it became a less offensive way to say, "Quit pissing around and come over here to lend me a hand!"
Sorry, I'm a dictionary nut :freak:

I had a great day.
Worked but it was busy so the day went fast.
Got my manicure, pedicure and wax for Vegas.
Spent the evening with my naked twister friend ;) He had a root canal today so he was hurting a bit. So I played nurse ;)

CYN! I spent all last week fighting off a cold! It sucks! But mine never got any further than a sore throat, which would come and go all week. I just dosed myself with Vitamin C and Echinacea all week. And took a day off from work and hung around in bed. It never turned into a cold or cough, though. Finally the dang thing went away.
Take it easy and rest. And I really think the Echinacea works..... even though people say you've got to start taking it the minute you feel symptoms.
Feel better!!!
