Morning TX, Obes and Magic ... Sorry to hear you're still under the weather, Magic ... Sound advice from TX, thanks.

Obri, I'm reminded of the closing scene from The Life of Brian, with all those folks being crucified and yet Eric Idle still breaks into a great rendition of.............................

Always look on the bright side of life.
[whistling]
Always look on the light side of life.
[whistling]

If life seems jolly rotten,
There's something you've forgotten,
And that's to laugh and smile and dance and sing.
When you're feeling in the dumps,
Don't be silly chumps.
Just purse your lips and whistle. That's the thing.
And...

Always look on the bright side of life.
[whistling]
Always look on the right side of life,
[whistling]

For life is quite absurd
And death's the final word.
You must always face the curtain with a bow.
Forget about your sin.
Give the audience a grin.
Enjoy it. It's your last chance, anyhow.
So,...

Always look on the bright side of death,
[whistling]
Just before you draw your terminal breath.
[whistling]

Life's a piece of sh!t,
When you look at it.
Life's a laugh and death's a joke. It's true.
You'll see it's all a show.
Keep 'em laughing as you go.
Just remember that the last laugh is on you.
And...

Always look on the bright side of life.
[whistling]
Always look on the right side of life.
[whistling]
Always look on the bright side of life!
[whistling]
Always look on the bright side of life!
[whistling]
Always look on the bright side of life!
[whistling]
Always look on the bright side of life!
[whistling]
Always look on the bright side of life!
[whistling]
Always look on the bright side of life!
[whistling]
Always look on the bright side of life!
[whistling]
Always look on the bright side of life!
[whistling]

Your Yanks will probably pound out a dozen hits and win quite easily for Boomer today ... Don't let a bunch of men playing a child's game dictate whether you have a good day or not :sun:

Thanks Willie, you've cheered me up just by mentioning Life of Brian, one of my faves. Nice one.

"Always Look on the Bright Side of Life" is often sung at soccer matches over here by losing fans.

I dunno what I am doing today, probably nothing as I do everyday! I am getting sooooooooo bored! I really wish I had a freaken job, at least it would give me something to do! I have decided that since I don't do much but hang around addicts, and read on my front poarch, I should try to do some thing new. Well I have decided to at attempt to make a website, which is gonna be really funny cuz I don't know too much about computers or the internet or how to use them etc :D but I am going to attempt to make a baseball website! What kinda baseball website, I dunno yet! But when I am done (in like 10 years :hmm: :D ) I will post the link and take your critism :D

Anyway, it's rainy here so no reading in the sun for me today, maybe if I get bored enough I'll go play in the rain like I did yesterday.... although it didn;t rain much yesterday. So maybe I can find a friend to play in the rain with! :D

I have no problem with Monty!!!! Did you know that he's never won a Tourney in the US??? That was very surprising to me!

I was referring to some of the abuse that seems to follow Monty around when he plays in the States. Unbelievably Kel, the golfing relationship between Europe and the USA was at an all time low after the Brookline Ryder Cup 1999. There was sports journalists here absolutely slating not only American golfers, but Americans in general. It was way out of line.

Monty's never been keen to play in the States. he was always more comfortable in his own back yard. I'm not saying he has a lack of ambition, but he just preferred it back here.
