That play he made last night coming off the mound towards 3B and getting the batter on that little seeing-eye sure-thing of an infield hit was a thing of beeeeeeee-yooty!

Yes, indeed it was, Willie. It surely was.
A Web-Gem.
Leave room on the Seo-Bandwagon for me! He's been one of the few positive stories surrounding the Mets this year, as well one of my best picks for my future championship fantasy team. ;) Best luck to the kid for the remaining season ..

I definately see bright things for Seo in the future, and it's already beginning to show. Hopefully the Mets aren't foolish enough to let him go:angry:

From a NYTimes article:
Jae Weong Seo of the Mets had a five-run lead tonight when he faced Rafael Palmeiro, the most recent entrant into the 500-homer club, with a runner on and two outs in the Texas half of the fifth inning. Palmeiro, who has a hamstring injury, chopped a slow roller to the left of the mound and struggled down the first-base line. Seo leapt off the mound, skidded on one knee to barehand the ball and threw out Palmeiro.
The usually composed Seo pumped his fist, a small celebration in the Mets' 8-2 victory over the Rangers.
Asked later about the play, Seo hummed the theme music from ESPN's "SportsCenter."
