This was the most VIOLENT game I ever attended.

First, I'm sitting in outfield grandstands, surrounded by women and children. It was a school thing.

In front of us,(3 rows), were 5 of the most disgusting, obnoxious, Card fans I ever met.

They are the worse fans ever. CARD FANS SUCK!

The Vile things they said to me and the CHILDREN were unreal.

Finally, I couldn't just sit there anymore, and started screaming. They didn't stop.

I realized I was going to have to get violent, I couldn't let these guys continue to harass kids ya know?

Just then, a group of kids behind us left, and a group of Rowdy Male Sox fans took their seats. They stood up, and told the Card fans to say something now. Of course, the Card fans sat down now that men were around.

Well, the Sox fans went to get beers, and the Card fans started again. The Sox fans came back, just as the Card fans told me and a 70 year old lady to do something I can't type here.

Then, the Card fan turned his back and grabbed his crotch.

A sox fan jumped down, and clocked this guy so hard, his head spun!:clap2: It was like the pic Babs posted here. The guy was completely knocked out.:clap2:

Make a long story short, cops came up, and we all played dumb.:D

Card fans picked up their buddy and left.:clap2:

CARD FANS ARE PIECES OF SHIT!

Now I'll vent about the game.

Seems like people who attend a game as visiting team fans are not real indicative of the "real" fans of that team. It's shame that people who feel the need to act like assholes ruin the game for everyone around them. It's also funny how guys like that shut up when male Sox fans show up.

Good to hear that guy got clocked. Sounds like he deserved it.

Poor PP.......:itsok:

Even Sox/Skanks games rarely results in a fight. Its really stupid when you have fans from the visiting team that talks smack to the home team fans. Thats like suicide.

Bring back the old times where kids and 70 year olds ladys could go to a game without this kind of crap! Just proves my father correct, there really are assholes every where you's go today.

Guys, I'm not a wimp, honest to God. But you would NOT believe the things they said.

I AM IN A RAGE!

Well, take some joy in the fact that the dude got his clock cleaned. Hopefully he will take that as a learning experience.

We had some sweet seats once right by the on deck circle. Some guys who helped themselves to open seats starting giving my wife a hard time. Now, she is a fireball and likes to fight her own fights, so I let it go for a bit. After a little while, she got really pissed, started yelling at them, brought security over, and had the four guys removed from the seats. Now don't get me wrong, I never sit back and let people verbally abuse my wife, but she likes to handle things herself, plus there is not much one guy can do against four others. She handled it well.

My husband used to fight for a living. He came in second in a competition in Australia against some of the world's best Kenpo fighters.

Like your wife, I NEVER have needed him to fight for me. Basically, because if he fights, someone is going to get SERIOUSLY hurt.

Last night, I ALMOST called him.

Cool! Your hubby can beat people up!

You know, that's part of the reason I *try* to avoid fights. You never know what the other guy is capable of.

I know that the South in general, and Texas in particular, have a bad reputation when it comes to law enforcement, civil rights, capital punishment, etc ... Houston has long been considered a very bad place to run afoul of the law, not here to debate any of that.

But guess what? ... That would've never been allowed to occur and continue at a game in Houston ... The cops threw 4 kids out last week for standing up, honest to God, that was their offense ... They entered wearing wife beaters with the letters L-U-G-O spelled out across their chests, and security, I can promise you, started watching them from that point on ... When Lugo led off the game, they stood up and hollered ... One plain clothes security and 2 uniformed officers moved briskly and with purpose down the aisle from their positions, said something that lasted about 10 seconds to the 15-18 yr old boys, and the kids were then escorted out of the building with mostly applause accompanying them ... If they had just sat there and watched the game without any show, they could've stayed ... But as soon as they stood up, it was considered a group effort and offensive ... My guess, having experienced something similar before, is the cops told they could either put on shirts to cover their wife beaters/LUGO, or they could leave ... I've had friends ejected for hanging a sign that read, "Lasorda Sucks" ... You cannot and will not be offensive or hang any sign that is derogatory or even speaks less than highly of the teams, a player or MLB.

You can call the players fat, fish-faced, fairy, fruits, fungus, etc ... You utter the other "F" word within earshot of security, police or a hard-nosed fan like me, and you will be ejected ... I have no tolerance for anyone, no matter who they are rooting for, who curses at fans or players ... And if someone wants to get all bowed up and try to bully or intimidate women or especially children, people like me and others will immediately go fetch cops (I like to drop a few names on them) and the cops will do a quick investigation and start yanking creeps out ...It really is that simple.

It may sound too harsh, too much like the man keeping the fan down, to a lot of people ... But it works for me ... I'm flat out tired of the overall obnoxious, inconsiderate and utterly senseless in-your-face, I-paid-my-ticket-and-can-say-anything-I-want fans in this world and this country and this sport today ... I will get in your eye like an onion if you talk during the National Anthem ... And I will do everything in my powers to have you removed from the stadium for acting as you described these fans, Princess.

And as far as I'm concerned I'm very thankful that the Astros and Houston law enforcement feels exactly the same way.

Pops I should have mentioned, that I tried to get security, but there were so many brawls to our left, they were all busy.

Understaffed IMO.
