Hey I just heard the Sox are trying to get Kapler (old news) from the Rox for Freddy Sanchez being the center of the deal. Whats up with this kid? Good bat good glove all around player? It sounds like the Sox want Kap bad but for what the Rox are going to give the Sox I dont think it would be a good deal for the Rox. Kap and Jiminez for Sanchez and discussion of more players....

Where did you hear that? I honestly could not see the Sox giving up Freddie Sanchez for a utility role player. Sanchez has "future all star" written all over him.

I just heard it from some other Rox fans. So where they heard it I dont have a clue. I will see if they know where they heard it from. I dont think Kap would would be the main name in the deal. I see alot of Trot Nixion in him (fielding, running like that) but he is so big and cant hit the long ball. He had no homers in Coors field. And yes he is in AAA. I think Jiminez is the one the Sox want the most.
