Ok guys .. I fess up .. I cannot make this call . I've been doing "ok" with all the fine help around here , and for that I'm thankful .. but THIS .. OHHhh NELLY it's a brain breaker !

From me :

Seo, Jae Weong (RP, SP-NYM) Wins 4 Saves 0 K's 42 ERA 2.88 WHIP 1.28

To me :

Glavine, Tom (SP-NYM) Wins 5 Saves 0 K's 33 ERA 4.82 WHIP 1.54

Ok , the numbers are telling me Jae Weong .. but my Head ... my HEART tells me Glavine ... has he run into the wall ?? Did the Age bat smacketh him apon the head and make him mediocre ? I'm stumped guys . Does this manager know something I don't ? ANY help is appreciated :D

Thanks in advance for any help given

Since I've seen both pitch I would stay with what is working. Tom pitched well today but still got the lose but. Jay has been great with his control and has shown that he just does not give up runs. Aside from all of that Seo K's 42 ERA 2.88 WHIP 1.28
Tom K's 33 ERA 4.82 WHIP 1.54 it's a no brainer to me. Stay with Jay

I think you can't let this trade go by

Jae Seo has been the Mets' best starter this year, that is true, but Glavine is Glavine, he's not done evidenced by today's start, I think by missing a start, he's back at full strength and he should have a fine finish to the season, I don't have any problem predicting 15 wins by the end of the season

I would stay with Jae.
Glavine's problems are within the strike zone. He is getting squeezed by the umpires calling strikes according to questech (sp). There are a few old school umps (I have a list of them somewhere) that still call the wide zone but guessing when they will call one of Glavines games is nearly impossible. Evidently, he got one today.

Father Time has indeed caught up to Glavine, not age and not Questec, but the idea umpires are finally calling it correctly when he pitches and not giving him the 6-foot wide plate they used to do. KEEP JAE SEO!

I'd like to thank you for the replies. I decided to keep my player.

Glavine is a name I knew so I decided to at least thiink of the offer * or ask help anyway * .. but I did watch him throw and his frustration was obvious . I like the idea that you need control .. REAL control of your pitches to work the plate . Prior has been a BLAST to watch for that reason. I like this kid alot and pat myself on the back for taking him :) .
