ATLANTA (AP) - Prices for tickets to Atlanta Braves games won't go up in 2002, after the team failed to draw 3 million fans last season for the first time since moving to Turner Field in 1997.
The club also said Wednesday it is lowering the price of 2,000 upper level seats from $12 to $8.
The Braves drew 2,823,494 fans (34,858 per game) last season, a drop of 12.7 percent from 2000's 3,234,301 (39,930 per game).
The most expensive seats are dugout level at $40 each
