It's just a minor back sprain. Nothing to get worried about. I've sprained my lower back before. It heals up in a matter of days. Back sprains are a funny thing....you could be feeling fine, just walking around, and all of a sudden BAM, it just hits you.

You get muscle problems?? But youre soo healthy looking...eating turd bars and stuff....:D I threw out my back before a few years back and I was bed ridden for like 3 days.
