Well Sox fans you got the Kap!!! I just heard that Gabe Kapler signed with the Soxs.... Get used to a guy that has so much muscle that he can’t tie his shoes!!!! Great speed and a great glove can hit singles but can’t get the ball out past the outfielders... A great guy dont get me wrong but someone his size should hit the crap out of the ball. Good luck Gabe!!!

Well, he'll be rotting in the minors unless he can show some improvement. Then again, ANYTHING is better than Jeremy Giambi. As long as Kapler can make contact, he is better than Giambi.

Ya he has been getting basehitts so that is something. The Rox had players that had a ton more contact and power that was ready to play so they had to make a move. I liked the guy he played the game the way it should be played and he never *****ed once about being a bench player or getting sent down. So I like him and hope he does well with the Sox. I hope is one HR comes in a game that beats the yanks and gets the Sox to the playoffs!!!
