Duaner showed up at noon for the 1:00 game yesterday ... inexcusable. He was sent down immediately, and Brian Meadows was called back up.
Mac blew up in the dugout yesterday too ...

"We [screwed] it up today. Maybe the players can tell you why. We didn't execute. We didn't run the bases. Our situational hitting was [bad]. We didn't pitch out of the bullpen. We didn't hit our spots. We had a chance for a big inning and got one run.
"My starter did fine. He deserved to win a ... game. We didn't ... execute," McClendon said. "We were ... horse[feathers] in every ... facet of the ... game. You want to know the ... reasons why? Go out there and ask the players because I don't have the ... reasons. Sometimes, the onus has got to be on them."
Feathers, screwed, bad? Oh come on, PPG, you could do better than that! :D

I don't mind him getting fired up. I kind of like it actually, at least we know one person in the clubhouse gives a damn.
I heard when Sanchez showed up, they had his locker cleaned out, his stuff packed, and a ticket back to Nashville waiting for him already. They were apparently not amused.
I'll bet 20 bucks right now that the next time he is called up, whenever that may be, he is the first person on the bus to the ballpark.
