You're lucky, most of my meetnigs are AFTER work. Cuz they want every to be able to make it. Thats a whole lot of crock. Oh wells. man, last nite's meeting was horrific. The A/C wasnt working, and you had a room filled with about 70 other hot people. It was bad.

My birthday's not for 2 more months, but thanks anyway. :)

Anyway, it's a contract job (fancy name for a temp) with a reinsurance company in Midtown. The company had been decimated by 9/11 and are now rebuilding their library from scratch. It's temp because they can't get headcount right now, but the demand for the dept's services is heavy, and they're hoping that this will go permanent. I filled out a job application along with the other required paperwork (background check) so that, if they do find the means to put me on permanently, that's one less thing I'd have to do.
