With Phil Nevin on the mend, there's going to be some shifting of positions in the Padres future. But as for who is going where, that's not settled. The team doesn't want to move Sean Burroughs off of third base, but neither Ryan Klesko nor Nevin wants to play the outfield. "When we decide – that's we decide – where they play, they're going to have to embrace it and work at it and be the best that they can at it," general manager Kevin Towers told the North County Times. "If they don't, then it's going to be tough for us to be competitive. We want to win as badly as they do." What makes the situtation particulary dicey is that both Klesko and Nevin have no-trade clauses in their contracts.
