The Dayton Daily News reports Reds' outfielder Austin Kearns will miss three to five games while he recovers from a bruised left quadriceps muscle. He suffered the injury when crashed into the wall while making a catch during Saturday's game against the Indians.

yeah, I tried to trade for kearns before his unbelievable hot start, but the guy wouldn't give him up, then he came at me 2 weeks ago and tried to trade him to me, I wasn't having that
